The cream and lemon smooth out the higher alcohol content of this Italian liqueur that’s been crowned the “Moonshine Milkshake.” Keep an eye out for the limoncello collar that develops. Don’t be afraid, it’s truly not curdled milk. The cream rises to the top and forms a “plug” that tastes like lemon cheesecake!
