Our magical coffee elixir is made by infusing our award-winning Vodka with locally-roasted coffee (we source from Hopscotch Coffee in Bloomington for our Indiana version, and from Good Folks Coffee in Louisville for our Kentucky version), plus cane sugar, and Bourbon vanilla beans — that’s it. No coloring, extracts or flavoring. You’ll taste rich, dark espresso, but also the complementary flavors you get in a fancy coffee drink, like caramel, vanilla, and chocolate. We cook the coffee, sugar, and vanilla then infuse it with our Vodka and add more coffee grounds (for good measure). It sits and infuses and when it’s ready we filter it through the finest filters we can, but with that much coffee you’ll always have a bit of sediment. That’s how you know it’s real coffee, not just flavoring like most coffee liqueurs.
