To make Bramble, we infuse our award-winning Vodka with loads of black raspberries — one of the few fruits native to Indiana. These berries are gold! Figuratively, of course. Literally, they’re very, very dark purple. Some would say black. Anyway, as they’re steeping for about 2 weeks, they release their lush, fruity flavor. We add a handful of dried hibiscus to add tartness and a beautiful red hue. Then it’s balanced out with a touch of agave nectar to provide just the right amount of sweetness. Like all Cardinal products it’s then bottled, labeled, and packaged by hand.
